The Role

Our client is seeking an Senior Manager, Organisational Change Management in the Insurance division.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.

Job Description:

Main Purpose of the role:

The program is delivering standardised end-to-end processes with AI and automation embedded into everyday workflows. The technology will be delivered. Whether the business case is realised depends on whether people work the new way - which requires clarity about what is changing, capability to operate the new process before it lands, and reinforcement once the programme has moved on.

The Senior Manager owns that outcome for one line of business. They are accountable for change delivery across all initiatives within their line of business, working directly with business leaders and managers, and are expected to operate independently in front of senior stakeholders.

The role holder owns the full change lever set for their line of business: change leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, skills and capability, and the change agent network and produces the material themselves.

Key Expectation - This is a delivery role with strategic range. The role holder does the craft work on the most complex initiatives themselves and directs and quality-assures it as well.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred)
• Certification: Industry standard certification such as Prosci / APMG, etc., preferred.
• Work Experience: 10-14 years overall, with at least 7-8 years in organisational change management specifically.

Core Competencies and Skills:

• Strong leadership and executive presence.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of change methodologies and analytical rigour.
• Ability to guide teams through complex, fast-moving environments.
