Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Consultant with strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP. The role involves solution design, configuration, integration management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of junior consultants. The role would lead the Fusion implementation team focussing to enhance and maintain Fusion Product suite for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Solution Delivery

• Configure Oracle Fusion ERP solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Drive adoption of standard product capabilities with minimal customisation.
• Manage upgrades, feature adoption, and change management activities.

Technology & Integration

• Build and maintain Oracle PaaS solutions.
• Work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Manage integrations with enterprise applications and troubleshoot issues.

Consulting & Leadership

• Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Review and validate solution designs.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality delivery.

Mandatory Expertise Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management (PFM)

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Project Accounting, including:

Project Financial Management

• Project setup, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Profitability analysis, budget monitoring, and financial governance.
• Project-level financial reporting and variance analysis.

Revenue Recognition & Billing

Revenue recognition methods:

• Percentage of Completion
• Milestone-Based
• Time-Based
• Completed Contract

Billing models:

• Time & Material (T&M)
• Fixed Price
• Cost Plus

Cross-Module Integration

Experience integrating Oracle Projects with:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Procurement / SCM
• Time & Labour
• Inventory Management
• Manufacturing

End-to-End Project Lifecycle

Experience across project initiation, planning, execution, billing, revenue recognition, profitability tracking, and closure.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven Oracle ERP consulting experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP configuration expertise.
• Experience with Oracle PaaS and OCI.
• Experience in overall Oracle Fusion Suite including HCM, FDI
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to understand business requirements form customer and propose acceptable solution considering maintainability, ease of use and with minimal customization.
• Ability to lead and mentor implementation teams.

Preferred

• Oracle ERP certifications.
