Senior Manager - O2C

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and security of all cash deposit and electronic payments received during regular operation in hospital
• Strict internal controls to prevent fraud, coordinates with banking partners, and ensures all related actions to be completed as per compliance
• Oversee the counting, verification, and reconciliation of all daily cash deposit, credit card collections from hospital point-of-sale (POS)
• Audit and resolve if any cash variances and take action immediately, escalating systemic issues to the Finance head
• Train hospital staff on proper cash handling, point-of-collection patient billing
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash deposit reports, variance analysis, and transaction logs for senior leadership
• Role to play as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and also required to handle financial audits regarding hospital revenue collections
• Implement and enforce strict separation of duties and financial compliance measures to mitigate fraud risks
• Proper duty assignment to team members for Day-Night support
• MIS, Presentations & Conducting Review Meetings
• Responsible for managing various transformation projects, new process transition support and control checks associated to delivery
• Establish individual goals and deliver against the same as per defined service delivery framework and quality processes

• Good analytical/Digital mind set and communication skill with customers and stakeholder handling experience will be preferred
• Responsible for resource utilization, productivity, process performance and quality.

• Ensuring Regular Governance in place (Internal & External Governance Meeting with teams and Business)
• Need to have functional proficiency and specialized knowledge for own areas of responsibility, fair understanding of end-to-end process and IT systems supporting the same

MBA - Finance/B.COM.
