Role Summary

Koovers is hiring a Regional Sales Head North who will own sales, profitability, and collections for the North region. This role will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complete Sales P&L for the North region.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Own collections and receivables for the region.
• Ensure timely payments and control overdue amounts.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and sales costs.
• Build and lead the regional sales and collections teams.
• Drive growth across cities and customer segments.
• Manage key regional customers and large accounts.
• Ensure strong sales processes, CRM usage, and forecasting.
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, product, and category teams to improve service and execution.

Candidate Profile

• 1525 years of B2B sales experience.
• Prior experience handling regional P&L and collections.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or B2B distribution preferred.
• Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
