Senior Manager - MEP

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - MEP to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP design and execution for construction projects.
• Review MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other building services.
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor site installation and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with construction teams.
• Assist in material selection, procurement, and technical evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in buildings.
• AutoCAD / Revit MEP knowledge.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• BOQ, estimation, and technical documentation.
• Site execution and contractor management.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: 8-10 Years (Mandatory Real Estate Experience)Joining: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Preferred.
