Senior Manager - Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Marketing & Brand

• Plan and execute marketing plans to support brand visibility, lead generation and admissions.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print and on-ground communication.
• Coordinate marketing requirements across schools and internal teams.

Digital Marketing

• Coordinate Meta, Google and other lead-generation campaigns
• Track campaign performance, leads and conversions.
• Coordinate website updates, SEO requirements and landing pages.

Content & Social Media

• Manage social media content and monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate reels, videos, testimonials and other school content.
• Review creatives and communication for accuracy and brand consistency.

Events & Activations

• Coordinate playdates, open houses, residential activations and community events.
• Support schools with local area marketing and admissions-focused activities.
• Coordinate vendors, creatives, promotions and post-event reporting.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with School Heads, agencies, designers and vendors for timely execution.
• Track marketing activities, leads, event performance and spends.
• Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 35 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in education, retail, hospitality or consumer-facing businesses.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Experience in events and local area marketing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organised, creative and execution-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and timelines simultaneously.
