/ - Prepare analysis to pin down areas of improvement for the recurring losses, Prepare trackers for loss control exercises carried out for various clients. Drafting Reports for each MLCE visit followed out by a key points presentation. Check Vessel's prior to loading bulk cargoes. Prepare Root cause analysis for high value claims, support in inspections of over dimensional cargo and Project cargo.

- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mech. / Ship Construction / Naval Architect)

B.Sc. in Ship repairs / Nautical Science, Diploma in (Mech.) with 10 years of experience.

· Must have carried out loss minimising activities

· Must have sailed for 5 years onboard a bulk carrier

· Oil tanker for a minimum of 5 years as a Chief Officer

· Second Officer OR Sailed onboard Indian Naval Fleet Ships as a Hull Artificer.

· Candidate must be familiar with bunkering

· de-bunkering, Ballasting / de- ballasting, watering

· Responsible for Loss minimising for marine cargo,

· Carry out root cause analysis for losses of various commodities.

· List benchmarks packing used by of various vendors of same segment.

· Preparing reports on findings, learning, cost effective methods to terminate recurring losses.

· Need to travel on sites by 50% to 60% times across the country.
