Senior Manager/Manager - Taxation

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for overall companys direct tax compliances, tax planning and accounting.
• Provide innovative tax planning.
• Drive company income tax returns.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely compliance with all direct taxes (corporate income tax and Business Tax).
• Ensure all direct tax audits for the company are completed as per the time frame.
• Ensures tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Ensure appropriate advisory and timely litigation for direct tax.
• Plan and manage periodic closing for Tax Accounting.
• Ensure timely updates on the new direct tax changes in tax laws, budget announcements and new transactions.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

Develop tax team members to improve their technical and functional proficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
