Senior Manager/Manager - Supply Chain Transformation

Role Overview:

This role will drive digital transformation for Croma's transportation network alongside business, technology/product teams & vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding Croma's transport network, processes and requirements
• Evaluate TMS vendor(s) for business and functional fit.
• Work with Product & Tech teams on TMS development, enhancements and integrations.
• Drive TMS rollout planning and implementation across Croma.
• Design controls & governance
• Drive adoption, stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Work with extended teams (Store operations, Customer service) and partners to deliver the TMS roadmap.

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 yrs of experience in supply chain operations (preferred logistics) or in supply chain technology or program management.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, product development and implementation.
• MBA from reputed institution
