About the Role

Suma Shilp is looking for a seasoned liaison and statutory approvals professional to lead approval strategy and execution for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across PMC and PMRDA jurisdictions.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a candidate who can independently manage the complete approval lifecyclefrom feasibility and planning permissions to construction-stage approvals, completion certification and occupancy. The ideal candidate will bring deep regulatory knowledge, strong working relationships with approval authorities and the ability to identify lawful planning opportunities that enhance project potential and support timely execution.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, authority relationships and demonstrated approval track record

• Proven personal track record of securing approvals for substantial residential and commercial developments under both PMC and PMRDA.
• Experience managing projects through the full approval cycle, including completion and occupancy stages.
• Strong technical understanding of development control regulations and the ability to apply specific provisions to real project situations.
• Established working relationships across the approval hierarchy, with the ability to engage effectively at senior levels.
• Ability to read and review architectural drawings, area statements, FSI calculations, scrutiny observations and sanction conditions.
