• Sr. Manager - Learning & Development

Required:

• Masters in HR from a premier B-School
• 4-6 years of experience driving Learning & Development in a fast-paced organization
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and build consensus
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects successfully
• Strong strategic-thinking skills and conceptual clarity of HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development
• Solution mindset with creative thinking and ability to innovate
• Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels in the organization with the ability to influence and collaborate
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends

Desired:

• Advanced qualifications/certifications in Learning & Development, Psychometric tools and assessments

Role Objective:

The chief purpose of Learning & Development at Info Edge is to create a Fast Learning Organization, build organizational capability, enable growth of our associates, grow leaders for the future and create a thoroughly engaging learning experience that leverages the best of learning tools, technologies and industry leading practices.
The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of the learning agenda for the organization, manage the Top Talent Program and drive key initiatives towards organization effectiveness.

Role Expectations:

• Play a key role in elevating the learning strategy and framework that supports organizational strategy and business outcomes
• Develop innovative solutions and establish industry leading practices in Learning & Development
• Build the annual Learning Plan and ensure seamless execution
• Architect engaging, holistic development experiences through the interplay of live and digital learning, on-the-job experiences, and exposure that create measurable value and impact for our associates
• Plan and manage the learning budget ensuring operational efficiencies and ROI for the organization
• Manage the Top Talent Program to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Shared Services, Finance, External Vendors & Partners
• Own and drive special projects targeted towards enhancing organizational effectiveness and building organizational capability
