Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Head to oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and strategic development of our organizations entire IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability while aligning with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, data centres, and telecommunications.
• Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team responsible for day-to-day operations and project execution, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Capacity Planning: Ensure infrastructure scalability to meet future business needs through effective capacity planning.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the best value and performance.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and optimize infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
