Senior Manager - IT BSG

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from requirements to implementation and postgolive support.
• Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA.
• Drive vendor management: evaluation, onboarding, performance, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance (RBI/IRDAI/SEBI).
• Handle UAT/SIT cycles, defect tracking, and project documentation.
• Manage project reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BFSI systems (Core Banking, Lending, Payments, Digital Platforms, etc.).
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, integrations, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
