Senior Manager - Inventory Planning & Instock

Key responsibilities:

1. Demand Forecasting & Replenishment: 

• Lead the end-to-end inventory planning and liquidation strategy on a Pan-India scale
• Drive city-level inventory planning to maintain 99%+ product availability at both the dark store and SKU level, while aggressively minimizing fresh waste.
• Monitor inventory health across all dark store supply chains, proactively driving cross-functional alignment to liquidate Slow-Moving and Non-Moving (SMNM) stock.
• Own and plan Liquidation / RTV process / Dump process at Dark stores along with Dark store teams.

2. Data Automation & Scripting: Write SQL queries to extract data and develop Python scripts to automate replenishment orders, safety stock calculations and inventory alerts

3. Analyse company's processes against best practices and benchmark against industry.

Skills & Qualifications: 4.5+ Years of relevant supply chain experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Management-ideally within Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or FMCG.

Proficiency in SQL , Strong proficiency in Python or R, experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
