About the Role

• TMGSL is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager - International Transitions & PMO to lead global transition programs and strengthen project governance across shared services operations.
• Experience supporting Automotive industry clients and operations will be highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end international transitions from due diligence to stabilization.
• Develop migration strategies, transition roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Drive knowledge transfer, readiness assessments, and go-live activities.
• Establish PMO governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process improvement, automation, AI-enabled transformation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, GBS, BPO, Consulting, or Transformation environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international transitions and PMO functions.
• Experience with Automotive clients or operations will be a significant advantage.
