About this role
Job title: Senior Manager – Insights Technology Location: Mumbai (NESCO) Job Purpose: Management of insights projects in autonomy to support the Global Insights Team based at Sodexo global HQ, especially Insights TOOLS such as Social Listening & Personix.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate Social Listening initiatives using the Ipsos Synthesio platform:
- Functional Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate Social Listening initiatives using the Ipsos Synthesio platform.
- Promote social listening capabilities internally by raising awareness, identifying relevant internal stakeholders and use cases, and collecting and clarifying social listening briefs.
- Manage social listening projects end‑to‑end in English, including supporting brief definition, building Boolean queries, selecting relevant data sources, analyzing outputs, and translating findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Design and implement an overall Social Listening operating model, including request intake, prioritization, and the coordination of projects in languages other than English, leveraging the Ipsos network or external freelancers.
Support the deployment and administration of the Personix strategic selling tool:
- Support project management to expand the tool coverage to new countries and enhance functionality, including briefing external partners, coordinating testing phases, and creating or updating documentation
- Provide hands-on support to regions and countries by responding to questions and offering practical guidance to ensure effective use of the tool.
Provide ad hoc support to the team on internal data collection and desk research initiatives
- by leveraging internal resources (such as the Knowledge Management platform) and external subscriptions (e.g., Mintel…). This includes gathering relevant data and insights, conducting analyses, synthesizing findings, and translating insights into clear business implications.
- Provide ad hoc support to the team on specific research initiatives by contributing at various stages of qualitative and quantitative insights projects , including questionnaire and discussion guide design, data analysis, and results synthesis and presentation.
