Senior Manager – Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Influencer & Creator Partnerships to lead digital marketing responsibilities for a growing business or client assignment. The position is intended for an experienced professional who can independently own a significant business area, lead a team and work comfortably with senior stakeholders. The person will be expected to translate business objectives into practical plans, review performance through clear metrics, coach team members, manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change. Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, process improvement and regular management reporting. We are looking for someone who has handled similar responsibilities in a structured organisation, communicates confidently and is comfortable balancing commercial goals with customer experience and team development. The role is based in Delhi NCR and requires 8-12 years of relevant experience.
