- Business Development Transaction Management
- Identify and pursue industrial land acquisition, warehousing, and leasing opportunities across Eastern India.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the 3PL, manufacturing, and industrial occupier client base.
- Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement.
- Lead end-to-end transaction management, including site identification, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leasing and land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Monitor industrial, logistics, and warehousing market developments and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL operators, industrial occupiers, landowners, developers, and HNI investors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' operational, expansion, and investment objectives.
- Manage key client engagements and ensure a high level of service delivery throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualification Communication
- Bachelors or masters degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 5-7 years related real estate experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
