About this role
- Purpose of the Role :
- Focused on generating and increasing engine sales within key domains including Construction Equipment, Agriculture, Mining, Marine, and Industrial Pumps.
Job Responsibility - As Manager of Sales and Business Development duties are below to achieve Department Duties/ Responsibilities.
Managing and leading department by guiding/encouraging/assigning and supporting staff.
Co-work WITH engineering product line and production or with any stakeholders in company.
Making a good environment of cooperation in IES with any stakeholders.
Regularly report to Business head and discussion in IES.
Especially, request strong attitude to achieve the target with responsibility and ownership on business.
Strategy (to get business)
a) Making promotion strategy & plan with strong will to get business then proceed accordingly.
b) Making exact offer (price, business condition) working together with others then get approval.
Promotion & Negotiation
c) Communicate to customers with appropriate way to promote business negotiate any condition.
d) Finding wants and problem of customer then take an action together with anybody as necessity.
Order & Dispatch
e) Get orders from customers and agree exact dispatch schedule.
f) Manage inventory and delivery necessity then place an order to factory (discuss as necessity)
g) Arrange delivery and bill based on agreement with customer then clearly manage situation.
Secure Payment
h) Clear agreement with customer of payment and follow-up then get payment on time.
Info collection & management
i) Numbers of sales record and inventory, forecast of us. Customers sales, inventory and so on.
j) Any information regarding market, OEM, competitor and report.
Conductor of PJ
j) Be an advocator of PJ and assign ownership for all the activities till completion.
f) Check the situation, progress of PJ and work by reminding, assisting stakeholders.
Stakeholder Profiles & Nature of Interactions - Internal:
• Service - Co-ordination for complaint resolution
• Ware-houses / Plants - Supplies against orders
External:
• Fleet owner - Marketing and order generation
• Distributor - Order Generation
Desired Candidate Profile• Education Qualifications: An Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile / MBA (Full time).
• Work Experience: 5 - 10 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Preferred Industry - Automobile Industry
