Senior Manager - In-Licensing Project Management & Execution ( EMENA )

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for leading all post-signature activities for in-licensed products from contract execution through commercial launch. The position acts as the central coordinator between external partners and internal functions including Regulatory Affairs, New Product Launch, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Portfolio Management. By taking ownership of execution activities, the role enables Business Development Managers to focus on sourcing, evaluating and closing new licensing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of in-licensed projects from contract signature to launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and risk registers.
• Coordinate Regulatory Affairs activities including dossier audits, registrations and launch readiness.
• Track pre-launch variations and coordinate implementation.
• Negotiate variation costs and support cross-charge activities with Finance.
• Manage contract amendments including territory extensions and commercial revisions.
• Act as primary operational contact for partners during execution.
• Create and maintain product launch files including competitive landscape assessments.
• Manage licensing databases and status reporting.
• Coordinate resolution of MOQ, batch size and supply constraints.
• Ensure smooth handover to Procurement after launch.
• Support the department with presentations and reports
• Ellaborate the ELT report and the IL Steering Committee

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3-8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in BD, Alliance Management, Project Management, or NPL.
• Experience managing external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of generics and European regulatory processes preferred.
