Role Overview:

Senior Manager Human Resources: will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the organization's Total Rewards and Performance Management ecosystem. The role requires a strategic HR professional with strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, rewards philosophy, performance management frameworks, and talent performance analytics.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1.Compensation & Benefits

- Develop and manage the organization's compensation philosophy aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.

- Design, review and implement salary structures, grading frameworks, compensation bands, incentive plans, retention bonuses, and variable pay programs.

- Lead the annual compensation review process including salary revisions, promotions, bonuses and incentive payouts.

- Evaluate and optimize employee benefits programs including insurance, retirement benefits, wellness initiatives and employee welfare schemes.

2. Performance Management

- Design, implement and continuously improve the organization's Performance Management System (PMS).

- Develop performance frameworks that align individual goals with business objectives and organizational strategy.

- Drive the complete performance management cycle including:

- Goal Setting, Mid-Year Reviews, Annual Appraisals, Calibration, Performance Rating Moderation and Performance Improvement Planning

- Implement competency-based performance assessment models and behavioural evaluation frameworks.

- Deep understanding of Balance Scorecard (BSC) and Behavioral & Leadership Competency Framework.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Leadership Team, Business Heads and Functional Managers to align rewards and performance with business priorities.

- Advise leaders on compensation decisions, performance outcomes and talent differentiation.

- Work closely with Finance and Payroll teams during annual compensation planning and budget management.

Ideal candidate will have:

- 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute

- Certification in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics or Performance Management will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Performance Management Systems from concept to rollout.
