Senior Manager - Human Resources - IT

About the Role:

Our client, a growing technology company, is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead its people function. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with cross-functional experience who can partner with business leaders, strengthen HR processes, and support the organization's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and exit management.

- Partner with business leaders on hiring, workforce planning, and people initiatives.

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

- Handle employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

- Support leadership in building a high-performance culture and scalable HR practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/Master's in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.

- 15 - 18 years of cross-functional HR experience.

- Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Business HR, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.

- Experience in the IT/Technology/Product/SaaS industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
