Senior Manager - Human Resource (Hospital Experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities, including compliance with labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on various aspects of human resource management.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.

• Work in alignment with the Parent unit and report to the parent unit

• Should have previous relevant experience of healthcare/hospital
• This is a position at Ojas Hospital, Sector-26, Panchkula
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in HR Generalist Activities & Industrial Relations.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree specializing in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
