Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will act as a business partner, driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources (TA, L&D, HR Ops, etc.)
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, manufacturing, or global organizations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on and execution-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to international HR practices / working with global teams is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to the USA is mandatory
• MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred
