Senior Manager- HR Operations

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities through myJSW.
• Ensure accurate and timely updation of employee data and HR transactions as per SOPs.
• Address and resolve employee queries, grievances and issues within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare and submit HR MIS and reports for management reviews.
• Drive HR process improvement initiatives and support TQM projects.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, departments and external stakeholders for seamless HR operations.
• Support HR analytics dashboards and provide insights on key employee metrics.
• Conduct system awareness sessions during induction and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental and organizational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
• Ability to manage employee queries, grievances and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong MIS, reporting and data-management skills.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards and process improvement initiatives.
