Senior Manager - HR Compliance | Statutory & Audit

Role & responsibilities

• 78 years of relevant experience in HR Statutory Compliance & Audit
• Strong hands-on experience in PAN India HR statutory compliance
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Internal / External / Statutory / Compliance Audits
• Experience in HR Branch Compliance / Branch Audits
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
• BFSI background preferred – Banking / Insurance / Financial Services
• Experience in managing PAN India branch network / large employee strength
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Trade Licence, POSH
• PF/EPFO management including UAN, contributions, claims, statutory filings and audits
• Experience in vendor compliance and statutory documentation
• Knowledge of Payroll & HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Benefits & Insurance Administration – GMC, GPA, GTL, Gratuity etc.
• Knowledge of IRDA/regulatory compliance would be an added advantage
• Good understanding of New Labour Codes and implementation impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and audit closure/issue-resolution experience.
