Senior Manager - HR and Admin

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager - HR and Admin to lead our Plant HR operations. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in managing Plant HR operations and leading a Plant HR team, with strong hands-on exposure to Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations, PMS, Training, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of Plant HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Lead and manage a Plant HR team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues and provide guidance to the leadership team.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, contract labour management, and manpower planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
