Role:
Drive HR analytics by analyzing workforce data, developing dashboards, generating actionable insights, and supporting HR decision-making and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR data related to headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, productivity & engagement.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and MIS.
• Lead HR projects and ensure timely execution.
• Identify HR trends and recommend process improvements.
• Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to solve HR/business problems.
• Ensure data accuracy, HR compliance and policy adherence.

Required Skills:

• Strong HR Analytics & data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Python & MS Excel.
• Experience in HR projects/project management.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, talent analytics & predictive modeling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
