Job Description

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, compliance and employee records.
• Liaise with external payroll partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Drive recruitment, sourcing, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Support performance management, appraisal cycles and training initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and HR policy implementation.
• Manage statutory compliance and mandatory training programs, including POSH.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, travel coordination, vendor management and asset tracking.
• Partner with business leaders and regional HR teams to support organizational growth.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment and Generalist HR roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Experience managing administration and facilities responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, industrial or services environments is preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive and capable of working independently in a standalone HR setup.
