About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

Location: Gurgaon, India. This is a hybrid role, with one to three days in the office each week, as mutually agreed with the team.

Reporting to: Senior Director, International Marketing

Scope: We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to lead our newly established Global Marketing Delivery Team in India. The team operates as a centralised marketing delivery function, currently supporting markets across Asia-Pacific and the UK, with further expansion planned. This is a leadership and transformation role. You will build and embed the teams operating model, manage competing regional priorities, strengthen service quality and develop a high-performing team. You will act as a credible partner to senior marketing stakeholders while remaining close enough to delivery to provide practical direction and maintain high standards. You will bring strong people leadership, sound marketing judgement and the confidence to make timely decisions in a complex, fast-moving environment.

    Role & responsibilities

    Global delivery model and transformation

Lead the transition from dedicated regional resources to a centralised global marketing delivery model, establishing strong foundations for future expansion.

Define and continuously improve the operating model, including roles and responsibilities, request intake, prioritisation, service standards, escalation pathways and stakeholder adoption.

Make timely, well-reasoned decisions when regional priorities conflict, including determining delivery sequence, reallocating team capacity and escalating only where a decision exceeds the roles agreed authority.

Act as the escalation point for complex stakeholder issues, service conflicts and high-demand programme requirements.

Use delivery data and stakeholder feedback to improve processes, quality and the overall effectiveness of the model.

    Campaign delivery and quality

Oversee the coordinated delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, events, webinars, conferences, sponsorships and web channels.

Translate regional marketing plans and priorities into clear delivery requirements, schedules, accountabilities and quality standards. Provide senior oversight of high-priority and complex campaigns, intervening where delivery, quality or stakeholder risks arise.

Ensure marketing outputs are delivered consistently, on time and in accordance with brand, privacy, legal and other applicable requirements.

Establish appropriate quality-assurance and approval processes, directly reviewing high-risk, strategically important or escalated outputs while building the teams capability to manage routine quality control.

Implement a tiered service model with clear criteria for standard, priority and urgent requests.

    People leadership and capability

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for a growing team of marketing professionals across campaign, content and digital delivery. Coach and develop team members at different levels, strengthening marketing capability, stakeholder confidence, judgement and career development.

Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback and manage performance effectively.

Build a collaborative and positive team culture based on clear processes, ownership and accountability.

Assess current and future capability requirements, identifying development, recruitment and succession needs as the team and service model grow.

Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members in response to agreed capacity and capability requirements.

    Stakeholder partnership

Serve as a credible senior-level liaison between regional marketing teams and the India-based delivery team.

Partner with regional marketing leads to understand business goals and campaign priorities and translate them into executable delivery plans. Establish clear working relationships with regional marketing leads, including shared expectations around briefing, prioritisation, approvals and delivery responsibilities.

Present delivery plans, timelines, risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders with confidence and authority.

Communicate capacity constraints, delivery risks and trade-offs early, providing practical options and recommendations.

Manage stakeholder expectations during the transition to centralised delivery, addressing exceptions consistently and constructively.

Build trust-based relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

    Service standards, capacity and performance

Define and maintain clear service standards, including expected response and delivery timeframes for different request types.

Establish demand forecasting, capacity planning and prioritisation processes to manage peak periods and resource constraints.

Use Workfront data to assess incoming demand, allocate work across the team, monitor capacity and identify potential resource constraints or delivery risks before they affect agreed timelines.

Create a transparent governance framework for priority and resource decisions when demand exceeds capacity.

Develop meaningful performance reporting covering delivery, quality, capacity, stakeholder experience and continuous improvement.

Identify delivery risks early and take action to protect quality, deadlines and team sustainability.

Scale team capability through training, process improvement and strategic resource planning.

    Platforms, workflow and compliance

Own the day-to-day management of marketing requests and projects through Workfront, ensuring requests are appropriately reviewed, prioritised, scoped and assigned based on team capacity, capability, deadlines and business requirements.

Maintain accurate project and resource information within the system, monitor progress and delivery risks, and ensure team members and stakeholders use agreed workflows consistently.

Maintain existing Workfront reports and develop new reports and dashboards as required to provide visibility of demand, capacity, workflow, delivery performance and emerging issues.

Ensure consistent use of standardised marketing workflows, briefing requirements and approval protocols through Workfront.

Use marketing technology, analytics and work-management platforms to oversee delivery, performance and reporting.

Maintain compliance with privacy, legal, brand and quality requirements across the teams outputs.

Continuously optimise processes and platform use to improve efficiency, transparency and service quality.

    Preferred candidate profile

Approximately 12-14 years of experience in B2B, professional services or a similarly complex marketing environment.

At least three to four years of people-leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and team capability development.

Experience leading multi-channel marketing delivery across concurrent and competing priorities.

Proven senior stakeholder management, influencing and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience working in a global, regional or matrixed organisation, with the ability to manage up and across.

Strong written and spoken English, including writing, editing, presentation and visual review skills.

Ability to make timely decisions under pressure while maintaining appropriate quality standards.

Experience improving marketing processes, workflows, service delivery or operating models.

Demonstrated experience using a work-management platform to manage request intake, project scoping, prioritisation, work allocation, workflow, approvals, resource capacity, delivery tracking and operational reporting.

Experience administering project workflows and developing reports or dashboards within Workfront is highly desirable.

Working knowledge of marketing technology, analytics and digital marketing platforms.

Ability to maintain sound judgement and clear communication during periods of high demand while proactively managing capacity, risks and stakeholder expectations.
