    • Develop, review, and implement solutions using AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and develop APIs using Python.
    • Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using open-source models (Llama, BERT, Mistral, etc.) and closed-source models (OpenAI GPT models, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, Claude, Cohere, etc.).
    • Design and optimize solutions that leverage vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of contextual data for LLMs.
    • Understand business priorities and sector dynamics, and identify white spaces and opportunities for analytics and AI applications.
    • Manage large and mid-sized projects, ensure smooth service delivery across assigned products, engagements and/or geographies, and work with project managers to address resource needs and gaps.
    • Coach and mentor managers and junior colleagues, investing in the growth of EY's AI/GenAI talent and team culture.

    Skills and attributes for success
    • AI & Data fluent: Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and data and analytics, with the ability to integrate data, AI/GenAI platforms, and analytics into large-scale enterprise transformations and articulate a clear point of view on the evolving agentic AI landscape.

    • A leader and collaborator: Energized by managing high-performing cross-functional teams and building trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
    • A structured thinker: Able to navigate ambiguity, decompose complex business and technology challenges, and deliver clear, actionable solutions with executive-level communication.
