Senior Manager - FP&A

Role & responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning

processes.

• Deliver insightful MIS, dashboards and financial performance

reporting to leadership.

• Analyse business performance through variance analysis and

actionable financial insights.

• Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling

and scenario analysis.

• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and business performance

improvement initiatives.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital.
• Automate planning and reporting processes to improve speed

and accuracy.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify financial risks and

growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 5-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting

and management reporting.

2.Experience in real estate, retail, infrastructure or large corporate

environments preferred.

3. Strong exposure to SAP/ERP systems and financial reporting

tools.
