As part of the FP&A team, you will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to business leadership, providing commercial and financial insights to support strategic planning, forecasting, performance management and key business decisions. The role will require close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand operational priorities, identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions and translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations.

The opportunity

To ensure accurate and proper finance systems for effective Service Line performance tracking, reviews and decision making. We re looking for Senior Manager preferably with prior working experience in Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis. Your key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted adviser to senior business leadership, influencing strategic and operational decisions through commercial and financial insights.
• Lead the financial partnering agenda for the business, connecting strategic priorities with financial plans, forecasts and performance objectives.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on key financial and commercial priorities, ensuring appropriate ownership and execution of agreed actions.
• Budgets & Planning: Annual financial planning covering HC, costs and expenses and margins; half yearly forecasts prepared with due interaction with various location finance teams: Assist in pricing and other decisions.
• Reporting: Reporting monthly financials and other reports highlighting key performance parameters. Provide Operational support / cost improvement studies to enable effective management and improving operations and increasing efficiency of resources / processes. Develop models / reports in excel / access
• Special Projects / Assignments: Undertaking any specific projects, assignments and/or track and update management with the best analysis
• Adhoc Analysis / Reports: Ad-hoc decision support for various global initiatives / improvement projects
• Process Improvement and Standardization: Ability to define As Is Processes and lead / support in design of to be processes and roles leveraging best in class practices and enabling technologies, to ensure optimum and consistent performance

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent Communication as the role would require interactions with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding or comfort with Project / Process Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and desire to learn
• Knowledge of any ERP system preferably SAP
• Eye for details
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong interest in data analytics and automation. Familiarity with Power BI/Power Query and exposure to ERP systems or SQL would be preferred. Candidates should demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn new digital, automation and AI tools
• Must be a great team player having ability to work with a diverse global workforce
• Taking Initiatives, working independently and Customer focus

To qualify for the role, you must have

• CA with 10-15 years of work experience
• Strong Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, MIS etc
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills

Ideally, you ll also have

• Project management skills
• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Hyperion etc.
• Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-centric, multi- national environment

• A team player with a curious mindset - should be open to continuous learnings and improvements
• Self-driven with an ability to produce high quality output and self-checks with minimal supervision
