Job Description Business Title Senior Manager - Financial Planning Analysis Global Job Title Mgr II Finance FPA Global Function Business Services Global Department Finance - FPA Organizational Level 6 Reporting to Sr.Director FPA Size of team reporting in and type 4 to 5 Role Purpose Statement This role involves leading the FPA team in analyzing complex financial data, predicting future trends, and making actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and decision-making across the organization. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in developing financial strategies that align with Bunges global objectives, managing financial risks, and enhancing overall profitability. Main Accountabilities Lead and manage the comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business units or corporate functions, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models and dashboards to analyze historical performance, forecast future trends, and evaluate business opportunities.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast, providing insightful explanations and identifying key drivers of financial performance.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable business intelligence.
Collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., Accounting, Operations, Commercial teams) to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and ensure integrated financial planning.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the FPA function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.
Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication. Technical Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills Education Experience CA with 7-8 years experience in FPA, MBA with 10 years experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
