Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business partnering initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving financial performance, supporting business decisions, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The role also requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and leading a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with business units.
• Drive the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against approved plans.

2. Financial Modeling

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, business cases, and scenario analysis.

3. Variance Analysis

• Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify key variances in revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial KPIs, along with actionable recommendations.

4. Management Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance summaries for senior leadership and Board reviews.

5. Strategic Decision Support

• Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, capital allocation, profitability analysis, and cost optimization programs.

6. Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders and functional heads to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and drive operational efficiencies.

7. ERP Implementation & Financial Systems

• Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
• Ensure financial systems support business reporting and compliance requirements.

8. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 46 Finance professionals (FTEs).
• Drive team performance, capability development, and continuous process improvement.

Experience Requirements

• 10-14 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Controlling, Corporate Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and business partnering.
• Experience working on ERP implementation or finance transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing, Technology, Telecom, Engineering, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
