Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to lead financial operations, planning, compliance, and reporting across our growing multispeciality hospital group, with a strong focus on AI-driven finance and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and financial statement finalisation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle MIS reporting, financial analysis, and profitability monitoring.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ERP-based reporting.

AI & Technology Expertise

• Hands-on proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Power Automate for financial analytics, MIS dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve reporting efficiency, forecasting, accuracy, and cost control.

Eligibility & Preferred Profile

• CA or MBA in Finance with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Hospital/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, ERP systems, and financial analytics.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
