Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive with 6+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reconciliations, bookkeeping, statutory compliances, MIS reporting, financial reporting, and cash flow management while ensuring adherence to company SOPs and financial controls.

The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Reconciliations

• Perform regular revenue reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.

2. Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record journal entries, invoices, payments, receipts, and adjustments.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

3. Bank Reconciliations & Other Reconciliations

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items promptly.
• Handle vendor, customer, inter-company, and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure all balances are accurately reflected in the books of accounts.

4. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.

5. Statutory Compliances

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for statutory filings and assessments.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.

6. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
• Generate periodic reports related to revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Support business teams with financial data analysis and reporting requirements.

7. Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash flow positions and fund requirements.
• Assist in forecasting cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders for smooth fund management.

8. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with CPAs, auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments for finance-related matters.

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant
