Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts and finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.
• Handle taxation matters, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance.
• Prepare and analyse balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and guidelines.
• Manage operational finance activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Preparing Consolidated Financial statements of Holding Company
• Preparing Quarterly Advance tax working and making payment thereof
• Tax planning of GST and Income tax and ensuring group companies adjustments with minimum tax payment
• Income tax, GST department visits where required and ensure successful closure of ongoing assessments
• Preparing Tax Audit data along with tax audit report
• Preparing Annual GST Audit data and ensuring the completion of the same on timely basis
• Preparing APR reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA 7+ years of experience in Financial Sector.
• Well versed with all the aspects of Finance and Accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
