Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as a Senior Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including MIS reporting, Alliance partnership, drive month-end closing processes, ensure accurate financial provisioning, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline billing and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Month-End Close: Own end-to-end accounting and drive timely month-end closure, including journal entries for revenue, provisions, and reclassifications.
• Treasury & Bank Reconciliation: Review bank reconciliations (BRS).
• Bank Alliance & Partnership Management: Coordinate with banking partners on offers and data sharing for reconciliation, billing, and collections.
• Audit & Compliance: Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet audit requirements.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for leadership review.
