Senior Manager - EXIM Compliance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with Customs, EXIM, DGFT regulations and guidelines for the organization.
• Develop and implement effective trade compliance programs to minimize risks and ensure timely clearance of goods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential issues and develop solutions to resolve them efficiently.
• Provide training and guidance on trade compliance matters to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in Customs, EXIM, DGFT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Customs laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, EPCG schemes etc. .
• Experience in handling complex cases before various authorities such as Customs Appellate Authority (CA), High Court etc.
