Senior Manager ERW Production

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager ERW Production to lead ERW tube manufacturing operations and drive production, quality, productivity, yield and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual, monthly and daily ERW production targets.
• Manage Tube Mill operations and optimize machine capacity and utilization.
• Ensure production plans and OTIF delivery are achieved.
• Improve Slitter Yield and Tube Mill Yield and reduce material wastage.
• Improve OEE, Tons/Shift, UPH and manpower productivity.
• Reduce rejection, weld defects, process losses and customer complaints.
• Drive TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, SHE and statutory requirements.
• Lead shop-floor production teams and develop supervisors/operators.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, NPD, TQM and HR.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in ERW Tube / Steel Tube / Precision Tube / Hydraulic Tube manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tube Mill and Slitting operations.
• Good understanding of production planning, process control, yield improvement and OEE.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Strong shop-floor and manpower management experience.
• Candidates from ERW / Hydraulic Tube manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred.
