Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Epic projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance on Epic systems configuration, testing, and training.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- 16-25 years of experience in US healthcare IT or related field (preferably).
- Strong understanding of Epic Systems (Cerner) implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
