Role Description The Senior Manager – Engineering Projects & Proposals is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode, responsible for leading engineering projects from concept through execution and overseeing proposal development for new opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing project engineering activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that project plans, schedules, and budgets are met. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client requirements and organizational capabilities, and supporting bid strategy. The Senior Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, supervise construction-related activities, monitor risk and compliance, and implement best practices in engineering and construction management. This position also requires mentoring team members, improving project delivery processes, and contributing to business development through high-quality proposals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Project Engineering skills for overseeing technical deliverables and multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Candidates should possess experience in Construction and Construction Management to supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in proposal development, including technical writing, cost estimation, and bid preparation.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related discipline); a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex engineering projects, preferably in consulting or construction-focused environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and engineering documentation; familiarity with cost control and risk management practices.
