Qualification andExperience Required:
- Postgraduate/MBA/Mastersin Social Work
- 12 15 Years of experience with exceptional donor management and stakeholderskills
Key Responsibility Area:
- RelationshipManagement managing portfolio of donors, developannual engagement plans and identify opportunities to deepen partnershipsthrough program expansion.
- DonorManagement ensure timely reporting and reviews,coordinate donor visits and showcase impact. Address donor concernsproactively.
- Partnershipstrengthening work with program and finance team toidentify opportunities for scale within existing donor portfolio, programextensions and renewals
- ProgramGovernance ensure compliance to donor agreements andreporting requirements, monitor progress against commitments, milestones andbudget utilization
- Communication Lead prep of donor reports and impact stories, ensure consistency incommunication
