Service Delivery Manager

Location: Ambatur

Experience : 15+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end datacenter service delivery for Database/OS/VMWare/Middleware/DCO support operations.
• Lead and mentor the support teams, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of client support environments.
• Monitor and manage SLA / KPI commitments for support services.
• Client facing role and a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding service delivery.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and development teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Prepare and present service reports, operational metrics, and monthly service review governance updates to Client stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Database and/or OS Support.
• Experience managing various support teams and service delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Good understanding of Risk management and internal/external Audit aspects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and service commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications on DB/OS will be an added advantage.
