Senior Manager Data Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years in SQL
• 5+ years of experience in Any of the reporting tool.
• 3+ years of experience in Project management.
• Experience in cloud technology would be added advantage.
• Should be a team player.
• Should have understanding of Google cloud platforms.
• Coordinate and manage data engineering and reporting projects.
• Work with business analysts, PMs, and tech leads to manage project timelines, resource planning, and delivery quality
• Design, develop and deploy interactive dashboards / reports in Qlik Sense.
• Collaborate with business teams for dashboard enhancements, training, and self-service enablement.
• Should be able to understand data pipeline
• Experienced with vendor management

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Solid communications, along with ability to extract business requirements from client use cases and translating these requirements into technical specifications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills leveraging both traditional (e.g. Office; Teams) tools as well as software lifecycle tools (e.g. Jira)
• Good understanding of SQL server and PostgreSQL .
• Should be experienced in any of reporting platform. Qliksense will be an added advantage.

Should be experience in Project management

Understanding of Python and Java script will add advantage.
