ZF group is hiring for Senior Manager - CREM for Commercial Vehicles and Control Systems.

Experience- 14+ years

Qualification - BE Civil

Skills - construction projects experience with coordination for MEP works, experience of government approvals for projects and documentation, processes

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with guidelines, applicable local rules , standards and legal regulations;
• Determining and controlling the annual real estate projects budget
• Leading the CVCS Projects across PAN India locations
• Controlling the quality in projects.
• Ensuring risk management in projects.
• Act as main point of contact for all CVCS related projects for India
• Ensuring all safety practices are followed with Zero accident culture.
• Ensuring projects are completed within approved time schedules.
• Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders in Projects.
• Monitoring and tracking projects, reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of land survey and development
• Review of design and drawings
