About this role
We’re looking for an experienced Content Leader to manage a 25–30 member editorial team and drive content operations at scale.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Content planning, rostering & resource allocation
- SEO, AEO & GEO strategy
- Team management across Writers, Editors & QC
- SOPs, audits & content quality
- Performance reporting: Traffic, Rankings & Registrations
- Team training & development
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years in Content/Editorial
- 5–7 years managing large teams
- Strong knowledge of SEO, GSC & Keyword Planner
- Experience in high-volume content operations
- EdTech / Publishing / Digital Media experience preferred
