Senior Manager Consulting Services

We are looking for an experienced Banking & Financial Services Consultant with one of the Big4 Consulting firm in Mumbai to lead business consulting and digital transformation engagements for leading Indian Banks and Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements across Liabilities, Assets, Lending, SME Banking, and related banking functions.
• Drive business transformation, operating-model design, process optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present actionable recommendations.
• Lead strategy, business assessments, due diligence, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Structure complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop practical, measurable solutions.
• Lead consulting workstreams and mentor/manage consulting teams.
• Support business development, proposals, solutioning, and account growth.

Ideal Profile

• 6–12+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services Consulting (Indian Banking mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Indian Banking sector.
• Experience with Big 4 or leading management/financial-services consulting firms preferred.
• Strong experience in functional/business consulting and Non-Technical digital transformation.
• Exposure to Liabilities, Assets, Lending, SME Banking, Strategy, or Operating Model Transformation.
• Excellent client management, communication, structured problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution preferred; relevant Bachelor's degree required.
