Senior Manager - Community Growth & Partnerships

Role Purpose

Build and scale Apollos community growth channel by partnering with agencies, clubs, residential networks, community platforms, affiliates and other ecosystem partners.

The role will focus on expanding Apollo Preventive Health’s reach across urban India, with the ambition of creating strong community coverage within a 5 km radius across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the community growth and partnership strategy across priority cities.
• Identify and partner with agencies, clubs, community networks, residential platforms and aggregators that can provide access to large consumer communities.
• Develop partnerships that can unlock multiple communities and households at scale.
• Identify and onboard agencies for community acquisition, activation and on-ground execution.
• Build and manage affiliate and referral partnerships to generate new customers.
• Explore partnerships with resident platforms, property ecosystems, senior living networks, clubs and other membership-based organisations.
• Structure commercials, negotiate partnerships and manage partner onboarding.
• Build scalable models for community acquisition, engagement and monetisation.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Clinical teams to execute community campaigns and preventive health activations.
• Drive adoption of health checks and other preventive healthcare offerings within partner communities.
• Track partner performance across reach, leads, conversions, revenue and acquisition cost.
• Identify high-performing partnerships and scale them across cities.
• Track emerging players and partnership models in community healthcare and hyperlocal preventive health and identify opportunities for Apollo.

Ideal Candidate

• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, community growth, channel development or affiliate partnerships.
• Experience working with agencies, aggregators, community platforms or large consumer networks.
• Strong partnership development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and build new distribution channels.
• Commercially strong and comfortable working with revenue and acquisition metrics.
• Strong execution and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable building new initiatives and scaling successful pilots.
• Experience in healthcare, consumer internet, real estate, wellness, insurance or other consumer businesses would be preferred.
